Well, what do you know?

I worked for 13 months in Gangneung on this last contract. I left one week early, not early of the contract but early in the extra month I had agreed to work, because my mum died. Four weeks later and I am still listening to my boss's lame excuses about why he hasn't paid me.

Any advice?

Tell him that you know where he lives. I dunno. Send him some roast dinner to confuse him.

I've nothing to say and no comment to make. I just put this here to stop you complaining that I don't leave comments.

Do you have it in writing, the extra month you agreed to work? If not, he has nothing on you. Threaten to go to immigration and have him blacklisted, based on your original 1yr contract which he is not fulfilling.

I agree with Annette. At least its worth a try. Also look up these websites:

I hope these sites can assist you somewhat. Take care love M

Pack a 2 by 4 when you come over for your birthday! We'll try to apply some strategic pressure until then...

Thanks for the advice. Spent a while on the phone shouting at him yesterday. He doesn't understand the word 'immigration' which makes that threat fall flat on its face. But he promised the money would start its long journey to me today.

We shall see
